Do NOT delete the software in an attempt to get error this fixed !

While running the application :


Contact the Helpdesk with a screenshot.  Advise what button you have pressed or what function is running.

Here is how to make a screenshot.




When starting the application :


This error can either be caused by limited user rights, or by a damaged executable file




For User rights, continue with the following solution :




Some pilots encountered this error due to a damaged file (incomplete download). Do the following steps :



    1) Open the Windows File Explorer and navigate to the application folder :


           C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\MCC Pilotlog\

            (you can copy and paste this link straight in the File Explorer address)


    2) Verify the size of file 'mccApp1.exe'.  


         The file should be around 13 MB.  



If file size is less than 12 MB, the file must be considered damaged.  Continue as follows :


    4)  Download the following mccPILOTLOG.zip file from our website.


    5) Drop the ZIP file in the Support folder.  Do NOT unzip the file, simply drop the package in this folder :


           C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\MCC Pilotlog\Support\

            (you can copy and paste this link straight in the File Explorer address)


    6) Restart mccPILOTLOG with right-mouse click and 'Run as administrator'



Should the problem not be solved, contact the Helpdesk for assistance.  Do NOT delete the software from your desktop !
