Create Your Account
When you launch the desktop and mobile apps, you are prompted to login with your CrewLounge AERO account.
If you do not yet have an account, you can register free (here).
License Plan
By default, your run CrewLounge PILOTLOG in the free Student (STD) Edition.
We recommend everyone to first install and test our apps, before paying for any license. Actually, you are welcome to continue using PILOTLOG with the free Student license for as long as you like! No obligations, forever free!
In case you want to log more than 100 flight records, or if you need additional functionalities, you can purchase the ENT or ENT+ license. Read more about it on our website (here).
Install the Software
To install CrewLounge PILOTLOG on your desktop and your mobile devices:
The software program that comes with the Installer Package is not the latest revision! When you launch the software for the first time, you will be prompted to install a new update. It's important that you perform this update, to make sure that the desktop app is in line with the mobile apps!
Download new updates from the Tools - Software Updates page. The latest revisions are listed on our website (here).
Settings
The best place to start with PILOTLOG is the Settings page, available from the main menu. Walk through the different Tabs and configure the software to your preferences.
Should you need more information about certain options, simply hit the Help key to open the user guide. The User Guide is also available here .
